freemedforms-libs software package provides common libs for the FreeMedForms project, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freemedforms-libs
freemedforms-libs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freemedforms-libs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freemedforms-libs *
You will get with freemedforms-libs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
